Cass is too broken early game when she has an insane lategame

the thing about cass is that she uses a brick ton of mana for her E. She had to chuck out 8 e's to kill gnar, on top of some autos. same for ori. 5 for riven because she was terribad.

in the later game, getting a kill will still chunk out a fat part of her mana, even with Archangel, making it difficult for her to get multikills
