Almost lost a 4v5 game

Almost lost 4v5 ranked game because our jg and adc wanted to sit there and shit post at our top lane for not winning his lane instead of playing the game. ADC proceeded to try and throw the game because didnt want to have a "freeloader" win. How is it that this is allowed to continue?
