Game crashes every time I try to queue

Title. The game crashes and then pops up with a window asking me if I want to do a crash dump to help the developers fix their game. Cant queue for anything bots included. Relogging does not work.

Edit: Have tried to terminate with task manager and problem persists.

Edit 2: Reset computer and it let me queue for a game will update if problem occurs in yet another ranked game.
