Removed Spell Vamp Eh?

Well ya may have removed almost all of spell vamp yet there is one champ who might need a new passive cause, OMG, PASIVE SPELL VAMP.

All seriousness Riot id appreciate knowing what plans you might have for morg cause you really seemed to forget that she has Spell Vamp in her passive, and ya didn't tackle this in the mage update. I'll assume you guys have plans for a new passive and might so something similar to how ya changed but still kinda questionin why ya didn't acknowledge this earlier.
