Removed Spell Vamp Eh?

Well ya may have removed almost all of spell vamp yet there is one champ who might need a new passive cause, OMG, PASIVE SPELL VAMP.

All seriousness Riot id appreciate knowing what plans you might have for morg cause you really seemed to forget that she has Spell Vamp in her passive, and ya didn't tackle this in the mage update. I'll assume you guys have plans for a new passive and might so something similar to how ya changed but still kinda questionin why ya didn't acknowledge this earlier.

They already addressed this, they said that they were only removing spell-vamp from item sources, and were fine with sources built into a champ's kit because said champ is balanced around always having it (unlike items which need to be bought).

except deaths dance and gunblade both have spell vamp.

Fair enough, but Death's dance is only physical damage, so none of the historical abuse-case champs were affected when it was introduced.

Gunblade is likely only still there due to Akali, who is in sore need of a roster project. I won't be surprised if it gets tweaked again when she does.

Because people can't be bothered to read.

Same reason we keep getting people complaining about how Thresh not procing the execute on Relic Shield is a bug.

When Rito said that they were removing spell vamp, it was just an over dramatic way of saying that WotA is a bad item and was being justifiably removed. Gunblade still has omni-vamp, and spell vamp continues to exist just not in the form of a brown book.

Not sure why this guy is getting downvoted. Giving morgana a new passive sounds like a nice idea. If you ask me, she should be the one with Malzahar's passive.
