Was disabling Team Builder really nessessary?

Ok so I'll admit that the new champ select is good, but i do feel as if it really was unnecessary to disable Team Builder. Yes ya couldn't really come up with wacky team comps but I never saw Team Builder as that. I saw it as a good ensured way of practicing champions and roles without compleatly secrewin over any practice or players up. I feel as if now if i wanted to learn a champ, I have to know that the conditions are right to pick em now insead of just pickin the champ and role and just going in on it. It really screws with my practice for bots and arum and such don't really offer the best practice for new champs.

I hope riot at least enables it back for those wanting to learn new champs in a better ensured enviorment, but maybe thats only me. If ya agree or disagree please say what ya think, I'm interested. But if Rito sees this, please for the love of god REENABLE TEAM BUILDER PLEASE!!!!!! [zombie-nunu-tears]
