And we get a word on the range increase that Quinn currently has on the PBE?
I keep getting excited for this same Quinn buff that keeps coming but it keeps being removed.
Is this another mistake? Or is it intended? If it is a mistake are you planning on changing anything on Quinn any time soon?
We don't have any current plans to change Quinn in the short term at least. The range change was being tested internally as part of a set of changes that included a number of other things (much shorter ult CD late game, removal of ult damage etc). We'll probably explore some of that stuff again at some point, conclusion was that that wasn't an immediate clear win though and that we wanted to focus on the upcoming pre-season work instead right now.
I'd honestly rather they don't change her if it's not for the better.
I'm getting so used to playing her now that if they change her drastically (removing her ult damage) I might not want to play her at all... It's a very fine balance.
I've played hundreds of games with Quinn now... she's pretty much all I play. I really wish they would just fix her issues instead of doing these weird stat swaps. Fix her AA so it's not so clunky... Give her better base stats or something... She's hurting pretty bad. I mean BRAUM literally beats her in every base stat... including AD. SERIOUSLY. I almost choked when I saw that Braum out-stats Quinn in every way, short of range.
edit: I realize Braum is meant for support and he has huge cooldowns, etc... But that's besides the point..... Quinn still has some of the worst base stats for an AD.
I'd just wait and see the full set of changes Riot makes to her, then watch as it makes her even worse, wait about a year when a good designer picks her up, makes her op and then she has her numbers nerfed to uselesness. I've been here for over 3 years, seen it a million times. Except with Rengar, he is their special kitty.
But the most important question:
Can Quinn still jungle?
This is why no1 play her as ADC... Meanwhile, 
range = 650 . range = 500. Such gap
Sure Cait can beat Quinn at early game trades... but by mid game, Cait isn't even on Quinn's radar anymore... Quinn can delete Caitlyn by mid-game without even losing HP.
All you have to do as Quinn vs Caitlyn early game is to keep up in farm... You can literally lose tower and still destroy Caitlyn for the rest of the game.
9 times out of 10, the enemy ADC will start wandering around solo after laning phase, and that's easy pickings for Quinn and Valor.
I feel like these changes to the ult are making it completely useless, your making it a cast time sivir ult for one person with some damage at the end. I think you should still be able to auto at least.
