Is using this mechanic a "bannable offense"?

Um you should turn down the boost on your mike.
Nothing new... every riven player knows it. Rito knows it too, they had a bug on PBE with constant animation cancelling on Riven too
I actually saw a video of this once. Laugh-cancelling. It's actually really weird, because it works on other things, like Zac and his launch (Zac runs in mid air when launching, lol).
