I agree on that one wholeheartedly. As a mainly melee top-laner player, I groan when I find I'm facing a Quinn top.

I think that matchup doesn't favor either. It comes down to player skill so I don't really mind it.

quinn has a 44.59% win rate vs pantheon top and the most common pick vs quinn top

her blind dont stop his Qs or E. he is easily more dominate early game his passive works so well vs her and he can W on to her and blow her up

You can cancel his Q with her E if you time it right. I still think the matchup is fair. Hard to say who falls off harder late game though since panth can get away with building tankier.

im not saying quinn cant win

i just know it favors pantheon strongly

he has tankier stats to begin with, higher early lvl 1-3 damage run ignite 1 kill in lane its done

he can get away with ninja tabs easily
