How to Fix the leaving system without holding everyone hostage (RED RESPONCE PLEASE)

This was a very easy fix I would like to hear a red response on this idea.

Basically in real life if you are the type of guy to leave games halfway through on monopoly or chess or w/e. What are the chances if you continue that behaviour , your friends simply won't want to play games with you anymore. you will be socially outcast at certain events.

this is a very natural responce to said behaviour.

So ingame why not have it so instead of all the leaver buster penaltys and such. Just make it so when they leave a match they cannot be rematched up with those 5 people for 6 months. They leave enough games and their matchmaking pool will get smaller and smaller and smaller increasing matchmaking ques.

I think this would be an EFFECTIVE way of removing trolls assholes and overall douchbaggery from the game. because if these people were to keep on behaving in this sort of manner they would be waiitng 10 mins for a match not because of lower priority ue but because.. a lot of people don't want to play with them for awhile.

As for smurf accounts this would be a non issue as their behaviour would put their smurf account into the same state if they simply did not change.
