Afaik Attack Modifiers like Sona's powerchord, Nasus' Q, Poppy's Q(?), or Victor's Q won't work with Sated Devourer.

Passive on-hit effects like Master Yi's double strike and maaaaybe Irelia's W will. (Also if this works on Jax's R passive wouldn't this be huuuuge for AP Jax?)
