Shadow Assassin buffs

So unless the new ult buff really improve shadow assassin pick rate, then this could be null, but if not, I have suggestion. Maybe match that passive scaling with Raast's Passive values. Currently, Shadow Assassin get 12% - 44% bonus magic damage for 3 seconds, while Raast get 26% - 43% spell vamp period. If you matched the values, it would bring SA's power more to the forefront in the early levels, around level 8-11 when you most commonly transform. Right now, Raast's healing is much safer, and generally stronger in combo with the max health damage and hard CC, so increasing the damage you can do as SA by 8% - 5% when you get it could help the Kayn snowball, what this form have a clear strength. In pro, Raast will always be the preferred form unless hard nerfed, but at least in Solo Queue it would help SA users capitalize on their decision to be an Assassin. More still might be needed, but this atleast base would help directly in make the SA's Passive being at least closer to comparable value to Raast's passive.
