She has true damage. TRUE DAMAGE. And a fucking HEAL. She's tanky, does a shitload of damage, and heals. She carries. Hard.

You die before she hits all four vitals. Some people die in one or two (Assuming she hit one passive vital prior to ulting).

Because Darius also got low mana costs AND high Hp regen. Lissandra got a free spell once in a while.

I don't talk a about champs I never played as and against. She has no clear weakness beside being melee. You either play by her rules and get stomped,or you don't and you get zoned and denied. Only a very small champion pool can beat fiora.

She has terrible pre hydra wave clear, shes squishy early, rather easy to gank, and is very vulnerable with out w. her passive does very small damage and can be avoided rather easily unless its the one pointing at her face. If your top and there is a vital pointing south, when you fight her, strafe to that direction, it'll make it hard for her to hit and you will win trades that way. If shes Qing vitals in lane that means shes going to be drawing minion aggro unless youre trying to zone her and are standing in front of her wave. In lane wait for her to last hit with Q, every Fiora does it, when she does that, then trade, its still on like a 7 second cd early and is her main way of trading. If you put distance in between when she W's its rather easy to avoid, the only time it isnt is when shes right in your face. Don't let her do that, thats where she wants to be.

A) There is nothing to insult about my intelligence, simply because we disagree doesn't mean I'm not smart, I simply know how to deal with a champion you clearly struggle with. I tell you how to beat her or at least make it easier fighting her, yet you argue. You don't even try it first, just straight to saying I'm wrong, but you know what, that's exactly how I've beaten Fioras before and I'm positive I'd be able to do it again. it really isn't that hard.
B) You can farm against her, i don't know how you can't. And even if they cant farm she still does need wave clear or else the enemy jungler will eventually have an easy opportunity to gank her. Shes still squishy early, for some reason you have this pre conceived notion that she can nuke you at level 1, thats not the case, not at all. she really isnt that hard to gank, if you're worried about the cc being blocked do it right in her face so she doesn't have to opportunity to see which spell you're using. Her "extremely low cd Q" is 7 seconds, considering its her only mobility,its an absolutely vital part of her trading, and its considerably short distance means that that 7 second cd is pretty high for what it does(that's supposing she gets the refund). Every Fiora will use Q to last hit, every single Fiora does it, from the ones in LCS to the ones you'll find in your solo queue games. It's really not, you have to be in her face early and often, she struggles with pre 6 trades in most match ups. Just be wise about her W. Her E doesnt do much early at all, considering the modded crit isn't even full crit damage until its maxed. Even if she does parry you, you can still all in her with that same skill, even if she did block it due to the fact it has a 24 second cd, that's ridiculously high, considering its not even a guaranteed block and it only lasts a fraction of a second. So whatever skill she blocked the first time, even if its your highest cd you can go back in again and she wont be able to block it, unless its your ult, but by the time you ult as anybody her W should already be used.
