If Singed E had a short dash before the toss, do you think he'd be in a better place? (Speculation

As League of mobility is, if the champion doesn't have a dash, they are crippled throughout the game, not because of their design, because the design of the earlier champions. Just wondering what people would think of an ability rework like that.

I think his toss range could just be increased a tad. Voli has greater toss range and his toss gives him speed. yes, I know singed does %max health (which is great), but it could stand to be a little more reliable.

Honestly? The bigger frustration I had the last time I played Singed was that my E was the only thing in my kit that could pop a item 3102 , meaning that I needed to use my E on someone, wait 10 seconds, then try to actually flip them. Poison didn't pop it, the slow didn't pop it... it was annoying as all let out.

Might be a bit to similar to Volibear's throw.

The Problem I see with Singed is that like Mundo, or Garen, He can be unkillable, but does not have the CC to fill the tanks role. He does have his Mega Adhesive, but otherwise relies on his Q to deal blanket damage to the enemy team, or to proxy farm.

Though he may not need Mobility. He has an MS boost on his ult. Sion does pretty good with his only mobility spell being his ult. What singed needs is either a little more CC, or a little more unkillability.

I think he's currently in a good place. His ult and Ghost can't be escaped unless you're Master Yi or Sivir. It of course would be nice for him to have a dash, it would make him a safer pick. Would it be a targeted dash into the fling? Or would it be a skillshot?

It might be too much. I'd rather he get mr/lvl like Shen is going to and I'm not sure that's even necessary. It is pretty hard going vs a Ryze, Cassiopeia etc.
