His q from like 1100 range on a 1 second cooldown does like 30 percent of my hp. He just blinks away from any support engage too so, idk

Its a poke champion, 20-30% really isnt that much compared to other poke champions, actually its pretty low. And ezreal is far from busted.

Yeah, I'm not sure if he is busted, but he excels at the poke game. If you engage on his team though, he does less overall damage than a normal crit adc though. Even if he can blink away, normally if it's late game and your ADC is like Xayah, Tristana or Jinx, and they are about equally fed, you shoudl be winning the team fight. But ye GODS a good ezreal is a tilter :)

Mostly comparing him to other adcs, all of a sudden I see him every game and he always wins after whatever they just did this patch.

He is always a safe pick, so he will always have a spot in the meta. Unlike say Lucian, where either you pick him and he does god tier performances, or he absolutely sucks because of meta, Ezreal's kit covers almost all of meta related faults. The poke is annoying but stay behind minions. He is always going to be close to top tier though.

I try to stay behind minions but somehow that hitbox seems like it won't hit me when it does or seems like it'll hit a minion but it doesn't, plus his e q puts him in a new position and it takes me a second to adjust. his E i think freaks me out because unlike Lucian's dash, which is more obvious, his doesn't really make the direction clear like the other dashes do.

Yes, that position is where he can use his Q. So it is somewhat predictable when he is playing aggressively. If he is saving his E a lot, he likely will not use it for poke damage, he is also a bad Ezreal player then, lol).

Ezreals kit is actual busted. But nt because he can reach high amounts of damage from save distance, but because no matter what kidn of changes riot does, Ezreal ALWAYS finds his way into the META with some weird build. Blue build, runelave, double tear... If riot screws up and no adc stands a viable, Ezreal will. His kit is just far to felixble in that regard. High hybrid scaling, High range skillshots, high mobility.

Honestly he is not broken in a sense that he is unfair to play against like Kaisa , its just that he is too good in this meta where crit ADCs are not that strong early any more and HP regen is gutted, I mean lets be real - how can skillshots be more frustrating than autoattacks, he is the most "outplayable" ADC out there.

His skillshot doesn't actually seem that hard to land. It's fast, instant and the hitbox is slightly larger than it looks. It's spammable on a 1 second cd so he can miss 5 shots and in the meantime I can't even close on him and he hits a few and chunks my hp, with kai sa or other adcs at least I can lock them down and she has to be somewhat in range to use her q, plus her e is a slower moving particle so if it hits, she deserves to kill me.

yea cause her jumping to you from 2500 range and removing your health bar with just her passive is way more fair than a low CD skillshot that can be dodged and blocked.

He doesnt have to go tear, ER might be pretty good dunno, but blue EZ is the most common build emphasizing utility over damage.
