Besides Veigar's passive, I realized in SKT vs KSV wild card best of 3, Faker was playing galio, he had only two full items with 286 CS, but he was demolishing the minions with his q. So does more creep score give you more damage?

Galio Q just has really good wave clear.
Besides gold or mecganics like nasus, veigar, Sion no it does not..... But always remember 17cs is approx 1kill of gold (correct my numbers if wrong been awhile) so CS is highly valuable even if it's not a direct power increase.
the numerical cs doesn't do anything, really. What happens though, is that killing creeps gives you lots of money - so Faker might have only had 2 items, but what was the time? if he had two full items at 15 minutes, his galio would be really, really powerful
He probably had a lot of gold in the bank and needed to shop. CS in & of itself doesn't provide damage, it's just a score/counter. What matters is the gold and items.
