Buffing Lucian

he needs the Movement speed to be increased on W..... it literally gives nothing meanwhile you have kalista with mobility at lvl 1. Adc should be able to Move around especially with the Low range that Lucian has.

Naaa.... Have you gone up against a lucian lately... they're scary..

All that hype from that skin... he does soo much damage..

I think: Lucian gains 1.5x more bonus movement speed from marked targets when Lightslinging.

They legit just buffed his w. If anything I think they could give him a bit more range.

Lucian is all about his mobility, which is why I think his auto-attack range is in a good spot and shouldn't be changed. What they need to do is make this mobility stand out more. Increasing movement speed on the W could be a good idea, but that seems like too small of a change to make much of an impact.

My idea is to have autos on marked enemies (from his W) reduce the cool-down on his Relentless Pursuit (E) much like his passive. This would highlight his mobility, make his W a much more important skill, and put his late game in line with other ADC's.
