Haven't played since 6.9 was released: What's changed?

I've been pretty busy the past couple of months, and haven't been able to afford any time to League. I'll be reading through the patch notes to see what the technical changes have been since 6.9, but I wanted to hear how the landscape of the game has changed. How are the elemental dragons working out, etc.? Anyone out there willing to give me the rundown? Thanks a bunch!
