Inconsistencies in Evelynn's charm

You can target small, medium, large, and epic monsters with the charm. I cannot think of a single instance in which charming a small raptor or a small krug would come in handy, after waiting the 2 seconds or so for the charm to complete. This part of the ability can only serve to screw you over in early game if your mouse happens to slip and you charm the wrong creature (it has happened to me only once or twice, but still).

Also, you can charm a neutral Rift Herald, but you can't charm an enemy Rift Herald. What's up with that?

To be fair, I don't think charming a small monster will screw you over in the early-game.

The part about enemy rift is weird though since everything in the game should be charmable.

It won't necessarily screw you over I guess, but it will set you a little further behind than you would be had you charmed the large monster in the camp. It's just something bad that can happen for no real good reason.
