He's literally going to be worse than pre-buff since his W CD is actually HIGHER late-game and the Q base damage buff that was given to him so that he wouldn't be garbage. Congrats you low elo plebs, you got him Olaf'd again (winrate stats are only due to bad players feeding him and being too lazy to change their builds).
Right now he's overbearing, the Q nerfs are needed, not sure about the W one
im sorry what? right now his only negative winrate matchups are against champions who dont even play mid. even against something like Wu he comes out ahead in lane 65% of the time

Miss half the combo and can still 3/4 or 100-0 the enemy while not even fed.
