Is anyone even trying in ranked anymore?

I know everyone is complaining about matchmaking recently and yeah I agree. I was on mobalytics the other day, my largest winstreak was 7 and my largest loss streak was also 7. hmmmmmmm. No matter what role I play it doesnt seem to matter what I do. Even if I try to carry, I will win about 2 in 10 games and that is because I am literally 1v9. Most games I play support and just try to make plays so my idiot adc can deal damage. Lately though, I feel like its nearly impossible to do anything as an adc. When I play jg I get people that are just so unbelievable bad. Today for instance I had a varus that lost to a lux in a melee auto only 1v1. They both had 1 item, lux missed all of her abilities and they just autoed each other for about 7 seconds and varus only did about 75% of her health before their yasuo came and finished him. He was 1/7 at the time and still flamed everyone. I had a 1000 gold bounty twice, and died to yasuo twice because my team literally never grouped and the 2 times they did, they used all their cc on the 1/5 olaf instead of the very fed yasuo. THis isnt even an extreme case. At least 30% of my games are like this. Another 20% have someone rage and afk. I don't even play my main champions anymore because whether I do good or not, it won't matter. I can literally build whatever I want and if the enemy team has the troll I win. The only reason I still play is 1: I'm addicted, and 2: I am almost done getting m7 on every champion in the game
