In a game like this, if you don't want your time to be wasted. Just dodge. It seems like there were plenty of reasons to dodge and you chose not to. Unless this was a placement/ promo game in which case RIP
you can say whatever you want, just avoid violating the summoners code. I mean, you could say whatever you want, nobody will stop you (but it might result in a penalty).
