You guys pretty made it so everyone can build devourer and not even have smite. And NOW THEY DO % MGC DMG!?!? Jesus you guys are having a clown fiesta these days... Though, it does cost about as much as an now, I still don't like this idea of everyone just building and dominating with tons of magic dmg, and tons of stats. I admit Guinsoo's Rageblade needed a Re-Rework, but not in this way. You guys barely changed the fact that auto-attack based junglers don't even have to stack it so they're late game anymore. It's just a big damage buff at I appreciate you guys trying to tone down the damage, but this is not the way. I suggest that Is a stacking stat item and at max stacks, it depletes them all and gives unique passive of lifeline (just like so they don't stack shields) and gives a shield and a small heal.
Please rito, don't go through with the guinsoo's rageblade rework, I would not like to get one shot by a yi even faster..
