Stuck in Silver

I typically do ok in my lane with a lot of farm and little deaths even if i'm behind but whether i win or lose more often depends on how my bot lane is doing, usually directly winning or horribly losing. Even if we have a strong and fed jungler or if i get fed in mid lane, its extremely difficult to save a game from a losing bot lane. Iv'e had crushing and decisive defeats where one of us is 9/1 but because our adc is 0/6 after laning phase we stand no chance and i lose my silver 2 promos. If top feeds, that's ok since they can still build tanky in most cases and can farm without dying too much but when your adc gets behind, its much harder for them to farm or catch up and they end up just being useless in terms of damage and too squishy to help in team fights. Because of this concept, i dodge any game where my adc isn't an adc main as this seems like the biggest **predictable ** factor to winning or losing a game.
