In the music video for amumu's song, 0:52 you can see a shadowy wolf figure following amumu around, possibly kindred who mightve taken amumu as one of their hunted if amumu's curse of saddness hadnt kept wolf away.

It not Kindred or Wolf, it was confirmed by Riot.

The shadow creature in the video shapeshifts and takes many forms, Wolf cant do that.

And the video was made before the creation of Kindred or even the concept of Wolf.
