be permanently banned on ARAM? The champion is already cancer on normal games. Playing against soraka is a secured loss for sure. She'll just sit behind and heal her people while you cant do anything about it. It's literally not fun to play against that champion whatever you play.

Warmog Soraka isn't a thing at the moment. Maybe that is actually a good enough reason for Warmog to disappear permanently, even though I don't like reducing options in ARAM. (Well, two of the three new items might require removal from ARAM even though that limits options too, but that is beside the point.) Why do you think Soraka can just sit behind and heal people?
