Riot needs to construct a better banning system/ranking system

It really ticks me off that I am silver 1 and am trying to get gold V but every gold V with 0 lp is holding me back. Ive been in my provisionals 9 times for gold V and my luck is literally ridiculous. I always get the off meta picks on my team afk's or trolls cause riot allows them to see if im in provisionals. The worst part is that it doesn't affect them at all. If your gold V with 0 lp u play one match lose nothing happens. Your silver 1 2/2 in your series get trolled by a GOLD V u lose all the time uve been working towards it. I had a trundle last match that died once flamed then left the game all because he died one time in lane. I look at his rank hes gold V with 0 lp. I had a xin Zhao who afk'd because I was 2/2 in series... He was gold V. Had a morgana jungler who fed lanes was gold V 0 lp. These people that "try new stuff in ranked" because they get little to no punishment or the people that afk cause nothing will happen because of low priority queue. YOU DONT GET BANNED FOR LEAVING GAMES ANYMOREA. you just get low priority. Riot has made it almost impossible to move up from silver. From my experience ranked is like a slot machine to see if u actually get decent teammates or not. This new system is just so ridiculously stupid that im and many others are on the verge of quitting :/ its just not fair and the minority aren't noticed.
