Ahri's E
Regarding all the little changes to an extreme large list of champions... That i don't mind personally, but may i suggest something?

V5.8 Fixed a bug where Charm was interrupting unstoppable effects.
V6.4 Fixed an inconsistency with other similar crowd control effects - no longer interrupts dashes
V5.2 Enemies hit by Charm take 20% increased damage from Ahri for 6 seconds.
It wouldn't be a damage buff like many of the other champions are receiving it would be a quality of life improvement. Because of the buffs to champions damage kits, is it possible to either
A. Reducing the cool down of E by 3 seconds. Don't want to get ahead of myself but also reducing the mana cost by 10?
Option A would be to greatly improve Ahri's kite and peel potential including coordinated or solo pick off potential.
Option C would be to increase not W's Acquisition range but R's Acquisition range as per request of Ahri's in general. From 600 to 650.
If not before or during preseason something to contemplate in the future? Thank you.
