Now that 6.22 is live, where is the twitch skins bundle?

Im pretty sure it have been said that we can expect a bundle including twitch skins with updated splash arts, so where is it? I have been so hyped up about it, only to wake up early this morning and see that nothing is available in the store.

Also, is it possible that we may see an option to get the skins separately? Im mainly aiming to get Whistler Village skin. Such an option sounds reasonable to me considering 3 of the updates skins are legacy.
