Look trolling is real at every single level of the game, it is toxic, and it has no place in this game. Riot does a barely passable job of managing it. I'm tired of reporting legit trolls (rengars sitting in top bushes letting his bot turrets be obliterated for no reason), I had Kennen down 4-0, I had turret, he had absolutely no business being top yet he sits there 90% of last 10 minutes and just absolutely trolls his adc. Leaving the bot side of the map to obliteration
