Is Kled a tank assassin?

I mean look at him, he's got two % health abilities in his kit, and the game recommends bruiser items on him on SR and these on TT and Howling Abyss . He should be a bruiser, but i think he is a bit overloaded. I have yet to be convinced w/o a doubt he is overtuned, in other words he isn't OP, per se.

However, something has to give. I saw the invulnerability and/or the 2 life thing. So if a Veigar or Susan (Nasus) got Stax, then the one shot should be real.

Then Tank, though most ppl complain about it, it actually useful on him since he has an overloaded kit. But he has some good AD scaling that Bruiser should be his intended build.

Uh no. He's not a tank. He's a fighter/bruiser. Tank items on him are absolute garbage because his bases are shit and his scalings are entirely bonus AD.

And what's the point of citing that video? It just proves you wrong, lmao. Sure, he's full tank. His damage was absolute fucking worthless.

His Q has nearly four hundred base damage.

His W has 8% total health damage, and it doesn't take much AD to bring that much higher.

His ult's damage scaling is, in fact, based off his total AD.

Should he built literally full tank? Of course not, that's retarded.

But Kled's synergy with items like Black Cleaver and Titanic Hydra is huge. Building AD is actually kind of a trap on Kled, because when he inevitably gets knocked off of Skaarl, 20% of that AD you've built is now effectively gone.

But with resistances and Titanic Hydra you have access to basic attack damage that isn't lowered by being unmounted, as well as resistances to keep you from exploding, so that you can fuck shit up and get Skaarl back.

item 3071 item 3748 item 3111 item 3742 item 3156 are items I'd build most games, with the last item I'm not sure of. Maybe Frozen Mallet or Warmog's.
