I know his windwall is op against kat but once that is up and his shield is down you can ewrq him
The best way to take him out is bait his stupid wind wall - it is his only ability with a decent cooldown. So, you move in and act as if you're about to Q and often they'll throw the wall out - at that point when it goes down you combo him down. The shield regenerates during combat, so you have to keep an eye on that as well. As much as I hate using ignite, I'd recommend it before going all-in so his shield can't pop back.

He doesn't have a stun for one. And two you have to play around putting your daggers on the minions so that he takes damage when dashing through. It is a difficult matchup, but against bad Yasuo players you just have to do what I said, and they will just take free damage and die.
