Nasus wither is bs imo

Cooldown: 15 / 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 "Nasus ages his target, slowing their movement speed by 35% and reducing it further to reach 47 / 59 / 71 / 83 / 95 % slow at the end of 5 seconds."

Max rank with 45% CDR (Which 99% of nasus players have) its basically a 6sec cooldown being almost permanent. Late game Nasus basically has a permanent superpowered enhanced exhaust which with his damage and tankiness making him a monster in lowelo. now i know that in high elo nasus isnt to great, hes still good there (taking this from a Phylol video, im not high elo so i wouldnt know) but i think hes broken in low elo.

And i dont wanna sound salty, he and malzihar are my perma ban so i havent played against him in awhile but one slipped though when i was playing corki and i was fed, and he was doing about above average while i was fed af (think i was 11-1 where he was 4-2 at the time) and he ulted, walked past my support and adc in a 1v3, withered, Q, AA, Q. and i was dead then proceeded to obliterate my ADC and supp then same way he did me.

Thats all i wanted to say, i know i couldve built or taken but im thinking more so about other champs who normally would never take or build this, like why would a twisted fate, ahri, or syndra ever build or take
