Why is Twitch so bad?

people dont pick late game hyper carries anymore, they want early game domination champions like caitlyn graves and draven who just win laning phase every time. jinx is a mix of both pending playstyle. lucian was so popular back in s4 because his passive was crazy op early getting those double shots in.

but if you make it to lake game, twitch is in league with kogmaw, even better than kogmaw if they decide to group up (or if they're forced to with ori/galio/jarvan etc)

Also Jinx can do everything that Twitch does but better. Even the lategame she's a stronger beast, with the only exception of Twitch being able to have higher range and some stealth to get away/set up. And the problem is that Jinx's passive makes her super mobile after a single kill, and Twitch has no mobility whatsoever, and this game revolvs around your champion being tank and ccing or you being a mobilitycreep and jumping and running around like a retard.
