URF coming back and even it has a pass :/

That's basically it. Between the prestige trend, the lack of improvements to loot, and now even URF comes with a pass. (Sidenote if URF is forever random now up the reroll limit to 3 seriously) this game is RP first, gameplay anywhere between 3rd-last I guess at least the knocked 100 off so now you actually can get it for just 10 bucks.
