Currently the only one is precision and that is in the cunning tree. My suggestion is the put a third mastery in the 5th tier of the ferocity tree that gives hybrid percent penetration.
As far as numbers go, maybe 3.5 to 4 percent would suffice?
You can just mix it and get the same effect.
Then everyone would take it over the %armor and %MR masteries.
I'm not sure Jax needs a buff honestly.
No, champions who go 18 into Ferocity are either ADCs (who get last whisper) or Mages who want DFT (Who get void staff). There's no need for a hybrid pen mastery in the Fero Tree. Of course, all of this is assuming that the mastery system is actually working as intended. It's not, by the way. Fucking Thunderlord's
