@Riot Does remaking a game reset the decay timer?

Hello Riot! I would like to know if remaking a game will still have the game count as a ranked game you have played, resetting the decay timer. Plus I'm wondering if this is the case if you are the person who disconnected, allowing your team to remake while you lose the LP.
