A question for RITO

What directions have the design team considered for Cho'Gath in the past or going forward. As it stands he's just sort of this large ball of stats that lumbers around summoners rift doing whatever he feels like, aside from ADC. Whats his focus? Is he a tank, is he an ap bruiser, a burst mage, a control mage, juggernaut, a top laner, jungler, mid? He's just this big mess of high base numbers and scaling, and tools to fit all sorts of situations, without any real direction or identity, or so it feels. Dont get me wrong, Cho, is one of my favourite champions and I love him, but he's such an unfocused champ that his build is essentially Rylai's+"anything but AD" and his gameplay is little more than land Q, ???, profit.
