Its bad enough she has a Q that is the size of a minion wave.

A w which allows her passive tentacles to attack which also are overpowering a minion wave.

If shes not out dueling you with e w q she is forcing you out of lane by constantly shoving your minion wave in and daring anyone to gank her because she has dominate lane pressure with 5 tentacles scattered around top lane because as soon as you kill one tentacle another respawns.

Illaoi is one of the brawlers that actually has to watch her mana AND build mana items

ChickenDyr has 0 mana costs he will be 50%+ mana the whole game

He should not beable to chicken run over and over and over and never get caught because he does not run out of mana. He should beable to do it 2-3 times and then he is spent.
