I was thinking perhaps instead of just a .35 second slow at 99% why not a .35 percent movement steal at 99 percent? Since his silence removal it's become very easy to hit talon with a skill shot and completely negate what he couldve done as a combo, but with a movement steal at that duration, it would be enough time to repositioning him so that he can dodge a skill shot before doing his full combo, it would add a mechanic that would create for little instances for counterplay within that fast interaction. he either uses the slow for a bonus damage buff if their stun is down, or the enemy has to expect you to pivet to the side and then stun you, little mind games like that through the incorporation of this miniscule movement buff I think would improve the quality of life for this champ.
