Patch 9.19 Karma's nerf

Hello, I'd like to talk about karma's nerf riot said :

Teams will now have to consider losing a considerable amount of damage if they want to pick her

Translation : We don't want her to be elsewhere than support. Whereas she was already hard to play mid because of her low kill potential. What do you wait to nullify Morgana, zyra and vel'koz damages ? Oh and don't forget neeko she starts being played support. I mean, we should stay sure they don't leave the bot lane, right ?
