Why?

Because everyone wants to play a game that requires 5 distinct roles. If the majority of the players are waiting for 1 specific role to create a whole team, then FILL that 1 role.

Notice how fill is actually typed FILL. That is because that is what FILL means. It means, "Slot me in whatever position is needed at this moment." It does not mean random, it does not mean sometimes this role sometimes that role, it means FILL what is needed.

Dynamic queue has its flaws for those that look towards playing a match full of solo queue players, sure. But what I feel is often ignored is the fact that when you queue up for solo queue against premades, you most likely have a premade of your own. How can you tell? You can't really. You can't even use the clan tags because not everyone that is premade shares the same clan tag!
