Instead of adding a new elemental.. just give cloud drake a out of combat movement speed and buff it to where it has attack speed or something significant enough to not wait out the other team getting it..
I don't get why people don't understand why Cloud Drake is good. Sure, it isn't the best Drake, but the Out of Comabt MS is useful in so many situations.
An extra dragon would also allow for a new buff to be present. Increased cdr cap? Damage reduction? Technicity? There are many rare stats that they could introduce in the form of a drake.
I don't get why people still think Cloud Drake is bad even though it is objectively one of the best ones.
