Do people with mundo not realize his abilities cost health and do damage to him?
his w does damage to him per second and is even a toggle
why do people not turn it off if they arent in range of the enemy?

junglerboy163 votesIf it's early game, they probably forgot or are new to playing Mundo and don't realize it's killing them. If it's late game, they left it on because they probably don't care since he out-heals it with his passive and a couple health+regen items.
