Trick question, she isn't. Her problem is her ulti passives. They deal too much free damage and heal her for too much. Considering her only skill shot is a stun, she can deal to much reliable damage and heal for absurd amounts.
Abyssphere1 votesIf Elise doesn't do significant on-hit magic damage in spider form she will never go into melee range, same for her healing. She needs the sustain to actually make use of her transform.
She does a lot of damage in spider form but there's a huge amount of risks to do so and regarding reliability, spider form Elise is very easily kited. If she does too much damage as a whole then I'd nerf her ranged form, which thankfully Riot are doing on the PBE by sharply cutting Neurotoxin's damage.
