Note: Can't defeat a great yasuo or akali. If the team is smart he's fine. Go do bot mode with him. He ults when your low because your in lane still. Learn his kit and how to play in the game with it. Don't knock it unless you have real reasons. He is in a good place now, and the fact is he doesn't have a perma slow. No champion in the game has anything thats "Perma" Ashe may have a passive slow but only if she's basic attacking you, if you get her to miss skills shes not even as bad.
You can touch him. Tower diving bad asses like the Jungler and Yasuo or Akali can go in and dive you Kill you and then run off. You just hate it because you can't play around him because you don't fully understand how to outplay the player playing the champ. His ult does moderate damage which is never huge unless your whole team is squishy and your not building propperly nor backing when you know its up. I mean come on dude.
Now as for his Passive, SUCK IT UP BITCH! Dude its normal to underestimate him. But for gods sake flash out, or just poke him until hes much lower then your hp. Irregardless people Play karthus because he can punish the bad players greatly for not being smart in the lane phase. [zombie-brand-facepalm]
