Qualifier Seeding: Previously ranked or unranked 30?

Hey everyone, I don't play ranked a lot (mostly endless amounts of normals and aram), but I really want to at least get to gold this season so I don't miss out on another skin like Morgana's Champion skin (omg so sweet cuz i main her xD).

Anyway, I've got a couple of unranked 30 accounts, and 1 main previously ranked account (siv IV i believe).

Should I play the qualifiers using a newly ranked or my prevoiusly ranked one at siv IV? My goal: Get to Gold :). I'm seeing posts here of people ranking down at least 2 from where they were previously. If that's the case, I DONT wanna start from Bronze.

Is all that true? I just don't wanna waste time (college takes alot of time xD).

Play your unranked, because if you play your silv 4 account, chances are your MMR has decayed from not playing for a while, which means you are most likely gonna end up in bronze. However if you play your unranked accounts, you actually start fresh. If you win 10 our of 10 (soloq or queue with someone who is high silver or gold), i can almost be sure that u will end up in gold :)
