For like 30 seconds or so, so you can empower only one minion wave. It helps with sieging, as its name suggests. It could also help tanks take towers, instead of just pushing waves and then slowly tickling towers.

I'm guessing towers can be buffed accordingly, though. It'd be also cool if towers had different weapons for minions and champions, have flat armor penetration (as opposed to true damage, so that squishy champions are punished harder for diving than tankier champions), or have a smarter targeting, to make keeping aggro off the carries more difficult, but one that can be played around somehow.

Jeanne fan club1 votesas good as a buff as it would be, it would just contribute to the tank meta and all the problems it brings. I mean after the ap itemizations the only thing that mages are really good at currently is waveclear and a bit of utility. If they cant even waveclear then that's just more motivation to play adc's and support mages mid. Also, It would create huge problems in the lcs. The biggest reason to get baron buff is to make it difficult for mages to waveclear
