its really dumb, because Kassadin is pretty mediocre in URF.
Can Yi's or Nasus's Q blinks towards the whole map without depending on units to move?
Umm you are comparing a low CD blink to an empowered AA or a blink damage ability that puts the champion in danger? Kassadin would never be able to be caught and his ult does an absurd amount of damage when fully charged. If he can just press R under 1 second he would be virtually untargetable and would be able to burst anyone or thing...
All this said you are complaining about ARURF which is a silly game mode to begin with.
