Ideas for Azir changes
Regarding possible changes to Azir in the future, i think that the way he is now is good. He's not in meta but he's still playable and fun and i play him to reasonable success in most of my games. I think don't think removing the shurima shuffle or reducing his range is the right way to go, he's already brilliantly designed and doesn't need any major changes to his kit.
I think (if you want to buff him) that some small buffs to his e and ultimate would work well. For his e, i think either damage based on a percentage of the enemy's missing health or your missing health. Azir's e works quite well as an execute or as an outplay tool, and this would help both of those without making him too op. Also why does his shield scale off bonus health? He's a squishy ap caster, surely it should be ap scaling? I understand it could be op but a low scaling might make it work. For his ult i think a minor decrease in cooldown time would balance out the big duration nerfs we got a while ago. His ult is less effective now, so why not make it available a little more often? 5-10 seconds work work ok i think. A slightly more radical change (which i don't necessarily think should be implemented, though i would certainly enjoy it) would be giving his soldiers bonus damage against neutral monsters, allowing Tarzan Azir to become a thing. I always thought jungle azir would be fun, with great ganking potential, but his early clears ruin any chance of it working properly. Oh yeah a small base movement speed buff could be cool, help him with kiting and repositioning and such, wouldn't make a huge impact, but would be a nice touch.
Just a few little ideas i had regarding Azir. Not really required since he's already very fun to play in his current state but could maybe bring him a bit closer to the meta without restoring him to his previously overpowered state.
