Counterplay/Counter Champions to Fiddlesticks?

Hi everyone, I am a Silver V player which i recognize is low elo. I play a lot of jungle and I see fiddlesticks a lot at this elo purely because of his "Press R for Penta" I have tried many different junglers, from tanks to assassins just trying to find some one who can kick his ass counterjungling and then stop him late game. It has really been bugging me lately because now whenever anyone at my elo sees fiddlesticks on the other team they want to quit before the game starts. Is there any strategies I should be applying against him, any certain champions that are hard counters? I appreciate any and all feedback especially from high elo players who know how to counter everything. Thank you!
